Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes between 3 and 7 business days. Deliveries to other countries within the European Union may take between 5 and 12 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Customs processing for shipments outside the EU.

Extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Any applicable shipping fees are always shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Orders With Several Items

If your order contains several items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Sufanorexi is not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@sufanorexi.com as soon as possible so we can assist you and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
